Horst Arts & Music is seeking dedicated individuals to uphold safety and inclusivity within our renewed club. In this role, you'll manage policies, handle incidents, and ensure guests feel comfortable. Applications close on 25 September!
What you will be doing:
- You are a point of contact for visitors on any matter
- You will be essential in upholding our commitment to safety and inclusivity
- You’ll manage and implement policies that promote a positive atmosphere
- You can handle incidents with care-
- You will work with our team and the security to address and prevent any issues related to safety and respect within the club
- You will explain our club policy at the door and ensure that guests attend our club with proper intentions
- You will be roaming the club for the duration of your shift with your team members to make sure that everyone is feeling comfortable in that area
- Last but not least, you will keep the collective care area tight and organised
Who you are:
- You are strongly committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment
- You have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in a role related to safety, inclusivity, or community support is a plus
- You are able to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- You have a keen eye for people's boundaries
- You are flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
- You are available for the 5 club weekends: October 5-6, November 9-10, December 31-January 1, February 8-9, March 8-9 (Negotiable)

Horst Arts & Music is looking for door staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming process at our renewed club. Your role will include scanning tickets, managing the entrance area, explaining eco tokens and camera stickers, and assisting with ticket issues.
Horst Club: Bartender
We're seeking enthusiastic bar personnel for Horst Club. As part of our team, you'll serve drinks, maintain bar supplies, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests during our five club weekends.
