As of Wednesday 7 May at 12h00, you have the option to obtain a full refund of any remaining balance until Wednesday 4 June at 23h59. If you're a European citizen, you can request a refund through the cashless refund portal below. The minimum balance for a refund must exceed €2,5. The remaining balance will be transferred after the refund deadline.
