Horst Arts 2026 starts from a simple belief: multiplicity isn’t noise, it’s the essential condition of public space. In a time of homogenisation and polarisation, we choose to build places where multitudes are not only tolerated, but actively cared for. From permanent spatial interventions to live moments of gathering, our arts programming treats Asiat Park as a shared infrastructure for encounter, experimentation, and collective imagination. Following artists' works are on view year-round in Asiat Park:

Our home - Asiat Park - is the former Arsenal of Instruments and Equipment for Telecommunication, which operated from 1946 to 2008. The terrain housed soldiers who were responsible for the production of components for military telecommunication. Over time Asiat Park’s vast warehouses, efficient barracks and spacious driving courts have been taken over by nature. In partnership with the City of Vilvoorde, Horst has been the cultural catalyst of the site, reshaping its landscape and regenerating its buildings since 2022.
Today, Asiat Park is brimming with year-round activity. With its diverse range of public space and former military buildings, Asiat Park welcomes young creatives, start-ups and social initiatives. Open daily from 9AM to 11PM.
Asiat Park is home to makers and builders who shape their practice day in, day out. Together, they form the park’s ever-growing creative ecosystem.
