Maurizio Ferrara, known in the underground scene as DJ Athome, has been shaping club music since the early ’90s with his eclectic and experimental approach. Based in Brussels since 1996, Ferrara has been a pivotal force through his influential radio shows and his Brussels-based label, Pneu, where he co-founded the genre-defying group Front De Cadeaux. His work blends techno, acid, and wave with a deep-rooted political and activist edge.

From his seminal radio broadcasts to performances at iconic venues like Berghain Panorama Bar and Tresor, Ferrara’s dynamic sets and innovative productions have left a significant mark on the electronic music landscape. His recent curatorial project, ‘SPACED OUT!’, showcases his commitment to unearthing and celebrating rare, psychedelic sounds from past festival scenes.
