


Jana Rush, who grew up in Chicago, started her DJ career at just 10 years old and began producing music three years later. She worked with ghetto house legend DJ Deeon and released the track "The Groove" under the Dance Mania label in 1996. Her sound is a vibrant blend of footwork, juke, ghetto house and experimental electronic music.
After taking a break from music, she made her comeback with her debut album "Pariah" in 2017, followed by "Painful Enlightenment" in 2021. Her work is known for its intricate rhythms and innovative take on footwork and juke. Beyond her music career, Jana Rush is also a chemical process engineer and firefighter, showcasing her multifaceted talents and commitment to various fields.
