ARTS 2026

Queereeoké is an organically grown and evolving community collective based in Hamburg and Berlin, focusing its work on community-driven dynamics, queer empowerment, and vulnerability. With an initial desire to offer a club space practice that goes beyond consumerist interests, Queereeoké allows for proactive engagement and co-curation of the evening, including free expression and mutual encouragement for impromptu performing and singing. Working with the means of karaoke, spontaneous choreography, improvised performance, queer banter, and sassy moderation, the collective creates an open and participatory format.

The key idea is to build community around supportive energy while celebrating difference and diversity. In 2021, the collective developed a workshop format to offer the community a softer onboarding to the show, focusing on vulnerability as an asset, addressing stage fright, and accessing joy. The workshop became a tool for the collective to check in with the community about their needs, allowing the show to become even more inclusive.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
