
Job description
- Lead and support the collective care team during club weekends
- Stay present and responsive to the emotional, physical and social needs of the space
- Coordinate breaks, roles and rotations within the care team
- Act as a point of contact for guests who experience discomfort, confusion or conflict
- Handle incidents with sensitivity and discretion, escalating when necessary
- Keep communication flowing with the production, crew, door and bar teams
- Participate in briefings, debriefings, and care-related reflection moments
- Help shape and uphold our club’s vision on care, safety and accessibility
Profile
- Has experience with care work, nightlife safety, peer support, mediation or similar fields
- Knows how to create calm, even in chaos
- Is emotionally grounded and knows your own boundaries
- Listens before acting, but isn’t afraid to intervene when needed
- Communicates clearly and respectfully — even in conflict
- Works well in a team and can hold space for others under pressure
- Is available for all (or most) of the five club weekends:
October 4–5, November 22–23, December 31–January 1, February 14–15, March 14–15 (negotiable) - Is okay with working late-night and early-morning hours
- Comfortable communicating in English
