
Job description
- Helping set up the bar before opening.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take and serve drink orders efficiently.
- Act as a friendly point of contact for guests’ inquiries and concerns.
- Inform bar and/or staff managers of any issues or supply needs.
- Helping clean up the bar and club at closing time.
- You are also expected to occasionally take on a shift as a runner (restocking the bars) or sweeper (clearing cups and bottles from the dance floor and surrounding areas).
Profile
- You are available for the 5 club weekends: October 4–5, November 22–23, December 31–January 1, February 14–15, March 14–15 (negotiable).
- You're comfortable working night shifts.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
- You can work responsibly, attentively and proactively.
- You are communicative, and will not hesitate to signal if there is something up.
- Friendly and helpful when dealing with people, even under stress.
- You keep order and cleanliness close to your heart.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Comfortable communicating in English
