
Job description
- Coordinate the staffing schedule throughout the club weekend and make real-time adjustments where needed
- Ensure smooth club operations, from queue management to bar wait times, and step in where necessary
- Maintain close communication with the bar manager and collective care lead and collaborate to guide and support the team
- Stay attuned to team dynamics and the overall energy in the space
- Monitor team performance and shift execution, ensuring operations run effectively and with care
- Handle urgent issues with calm and clarity
- Take responsibility for the payment system and its proper functioning during the event
- Together with the production manager, you share final responsibility for the club weekend.
Profile
- Has experience coordinating teams in nightlife, events, or hospitality settings
- Feels confident taking the lead and making real-time decisions under pressure
- Communicates clearly, calmly and directly — even in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Knows how to motivate people and keep a team grounded and focused during long nights
- Is comfortable with responsibility and sees what needs to be done before being asked
- Is attuned to group dynamics and picks up on tension, energy dips or confusion
- Keeps an overview without losing sight of individual needs
- Is available for all (or most) of the five club weekends:
October 4–5, November 22–23, December 31–January 1, February 14–15, March 14–15 (negotiable) - Is not afraid of night hours or working in a high-energy environment
- Comfortable communicating in English
