Job description

• Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
• Scan tickets quickly and accurately
• Explain our concept of drink tokens clearly to guests
• Cover camera lenses as part of our privacy policy and explain this to visitors
• Sell tickets on-site when necessary

Profile

• Can confidently explain concepts and address guests’ questions
• Has experience or affinity for hospitality, events, or community spaces
• Can handle multiple tasks smoothly under pressure
• Is available for most or all of the following club weekends:
  October 4–5, November 22–23, December 31–January 1, February 14–15, March 14–15 (negotiable)
• Is okay working night shifts
• Comfortable communicating in English
