
Job description
- Stay present and available in and around the club space
- Offer low-threshold support to guests who feel unwell, overwhelmed or unsafe
- Help prevent escalation by checking in and de-escalating when needed
- Provide a listening ear, calm presence, or just a glass of water — depending on the moment
- Keep communication flowing with the Collective Care Lead and other crew
- Assist with incident reporting when necessary
- Help shape a culture of care, openness and collective responsibility
Profile
- Has experience in peer support, care work, nightlife, community spaces or similar
- Knows how to stay calm in intense or unpredictable situations
- Can hold space for others without judgment or taking over
- Is emotionally grounded and knows your own limits
- Communicates clearly and kindly, even under stress
- Can work long, late shifts with a team
- Is available for all (or most) of the five club weekends:
October 4–5, November 22–23, December 31–January 1, February 14–15, March 14–15 (negotiable) - Comfortable communicating in English
