What does this internship involve?

• Preparing invoices and payment orders
• Checking and recording the company’s income and expenses
• Coding and entering invoices, bank statements, and receipts
• Tracking transactions and assisting with data analysis
• Supporting the optimisation of financial processes as part of a digitalisation project
• Assisting in the implementation and management of modern financial software and digital tools
• Providing finance support before, during, and after the festival
• Managing the customer mailbox for festival refunds

Availability:

• February 2026 – end of May 2026
• Part-time
• Full-time availability during the Horst Ateliers and the festival is a plus
