- Advancing and hospitality
- Collaborate with the programmer, production manager, and hospitality manager to assist with artist hospitality and bookings.
- Follow-up of contracts, payments and riders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and agents, maintaining professional and friendly communication.
- Decent knowledge of english is required
- Basic knowledge of Excel / sheets is required
- Drivers licence comes in handy
Minimum availability:
- March 2026 - end of May 2026
- Half time or more
- Availability during the festival is required
