- Supporting general festival production, ranging from technical design and operations (tents, fences, facilities, light, sound) to crew planning and management (volunteers, security, technical crew).
- Contributing to sustainable production by bringing forward eco-friendly ideas.
- Taking initiative in meetings related to event design and signage.
- Eager to learn and comfortable working in a diverse environment.
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of technical event aspects is a plus; knowledge of Vectorworks is a strong asset.
- Driver’s license B required.
Minimum availability:
- February 2026 – end of May 2026.
- At least 50% availability during this period.
- Full-time availability during the Horst Ateliers and the Festival is required.
